So over the last few years I've been struggling with my sciatic nerve, it's pinched really bad, they did an MRI on my back and hip (where all my pain is on my right side) that was early spring, and now I need to try and find a new doctor to go to, because my other chiropractor doesn't work in his office anymore. And now, I've been sleeping a lot on my left side and now I'm having really bad pain there.. like on my low back / hip, it feels like a huge knot / golf ball size.. it hurts but feels good at the same time to massage it lol has anyone else had that before?
