EVERY decent, good, great WOMAN, even the "plain jane" wants a MAN who will treat her respectfully, honor her, adore her, show admiration, affinity, and affection towards her, treats her to nice things, takes her nice places, expose her to great friends and opportunities, and often times she wants to hear how you really feel although you are showing her and truthfully, she should want to hear if she is lacking in any area so that she can come up to the place she needs to be.
