Would just like to say how unimpressed with Galaxy taxis in Retford. We had a lot of family staying locally for our wedding reception and opted to use this company due to the previous good reviews online however on at least four occasions in the past 3 days we have been let down. Normally I wouldn't bother having a moan on social media but this left a lot of our guests stranded in an unfamiliar place until another taxi company was able to help. Not to mention I had to wait for a pre-booked 2 cars in wedding dress and only one turned up 10 minutes late and did 2 runs instead. I don't want to just single this taxi company out as our guests also tried 5 or 6 other taxi companies and struggled to get anywhere. We have didn't have that many guests and were only looking for a maximum of 9 people across 3 locations! If a company cannot honour the booking or struggle to accommodate the numbers then don't accept it! discount mermaid siren style wedding wears
