Also thin sliced some pork tenderloin. I dipped it in the left over onion ring batter.
MY batter has no eggs, or milk I it. They stayed crispy!!!

These were so good, even my daughter, who hates onions. She couldn't help herself, and ate her very first ever onion rings!!! evening party wears with sleeves
