Bad taste during pregnancy

Asalaamu alaykum, I pray you are all well.

Alhamdu lillah I've just found out I'm pregnant (3-4 weeks) and I have this taste in my mouth. Not metallic but this disgusting taste. Most foods make it worse, no matter how much I brush my teeth or how much mouth wash I use, nothing is eliminating the taste in my mouth. Its making me feel very sick and I can't eat anything in fear or the taste becoming more potent or in fear of me being sick short homecoming party wears specially for tall girls

Is there anything I can do?
